If you receive your item damaged or faulty please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our very best to help. Contact fifthavenuehomefragrance@gmail.com with your order number and photos of your damaged item and we will provide you with the next steps.
For safety reasons we cannot accept returns for used items such as burned candles or open diffuser bottles.
